Cove St Martin's will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
This is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform Cove of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having a lengthy wait to gain access.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of £200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
