A bright, spacious and comfortable three-bedroom home on a major bus route providing the perfect base from which to explore the city whether you are travelling for business or pleasure. Just a mile from Motorpoint Arena and National Ice Centre, close to the upmarket bars and great selection of restaurants in the Lace Market and the bohemian charm and buzz of Hockley. An exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with stovetop and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate dining room with a six-seater dining table and a lounge with flat screen Smart TV, free high-speed WiFi and Netflix, USB sockets, books, games and puzzles. Boasting a small, sunny outdoor space with a table and chairs. Camper cot available on request.
