Spacious & Family friendly 2 bedroom bungalow with large garden. Lots of natural light. Open plan lounge with double sofa bed, 55" large TV & fully fitted kitchen with appliances and essentials. Finished to a very high and stylish standard. Comfortable bedrooms (king, double, single size beds and double sofa bed) & fully fitted guest bathrooms with WC and a separate toilet. Close to the town centre and train station with direct high-speed links to London.

Nearest grocery shops & pharmacy: - There is a Marks & Spencer open late just out the back gate of the property less than 1 minutes’ walk which stocks all basics and a big range of ready meals. - Waitrose Supermarket is the next closest a 5-to-7-minute walk situated in the in the Ashley center. - The local Boots Pharmacy and a Boots NHS Clinic can also be found at the Ashley Center with High Street access. Recommended local restaurants, cafes or places to go out: - The Haywain a Brewers Fayre pub and family restaurant is located 2mins walk just out the back gate short cut on Dorking road and is great for family meals and has a meal deal evey day! - Epsom town center a 5 to 7 min walk away has a number of cafes and restaurants not to mention many fast food and home delivery options.
