Bright modern ground floor flat, self contained, with a corner location and surrounding garden. Guests will have the use of the whole property. Conveniently situated 3 minutes walk from Brockley Whins Metro Station, ideally located for train travel to anywhere on Tyne and Wear Metro system(Newcastle, Newcastle Airport, Sunderland, Jarrow, South Shields, North Shields, Tynemouth, Whitley Bay etc.) Ideal location for car travel, very close to major road networks, including A19 and A1 NISSAN Motor Manufacturing UK Ltd. Washington is 2.5 miles away. ASDA supermarket, cinema, restaurants and eating places (incl. Nandos, Tim Hortons, McDonalds) within walking distance. One bedroom(double bed) Also in lounge is sofa bed for 2 extra guests. Private off-road parking for guests(for one vehicle) and plenty of parking space nearby(with no parking restrictions) Travel cot and mattress in the premises if needed
Station Retreat is situated within a lovely modern housing estate in Boldon. Situated on Station Road, which leads directly to Brockley Whins Metro Station. It is 3 mins walk to the station, trains cannot be heard from the premises. Guests can easily travel to all locations on the Tyne and Wear Metro system (Newcastle, Newcastle Airport, Sunderland, South Shields, North Shields, Tynemouth, Whitley Bay, Jarrow etc.) ASDA supermarket, Cineworld cinema, restaurants and eating places (incl. Nandos, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Greggs) are within walking distance or a very short drive.
