A stylish one bedroom, ground floor flat in a newly built house in the popular area of Bath that benefits from being a level walk into the centre of Bath and with easy access to Bath Spa University and the Royal United Hospital. Perfect for short stays or those visiting family in nearby university accommodation. Set back from Lower Bristol Rd and a 5 min walk from bustling Moorland Rd shops, Oldfield Park Train Stn, the popular Two Tunnels Cycle Track is accessed directly behind the building.
We have been managing short let properties for nearly 8 years and take great pride in maintaining standards and treating each property as if it were our own. Set a short 5-minute walk from the popular Moorland Road Shops with numerous coffee shops, restaurants and takeaway. Access to the two tunnels cycle route is directly behind the apartment. You are near to the student accommodation on the Lower Bristol Road if visiting family. Bath is a compact city and we usually recommend exploring on foot or using public transport. This property is on a main bus route in and out of Bath.
