Caterham lies in East Surrey with great connections to the capital. Caterham Train Station is a 3minute walk from the property. Although being close to the capital, the area has great rural appeal with plenty of green spaces close by. Farthing Downs and Box Hill AONB come recommended. If you're feeling adventurous, Go Action Forest with paintballing, laser tag and zorbing is in close reach to the property. There are plenty of amenities in the local area.
