Newly refurbished 800 sq ft apartment consisting of two bedrooms, living area, bathroom, kitchen diner, and a generous sized garden! Located just a short walk from Romford station, you can be in central London in as quickly as 20 minutes. There is also free private parking available for you to enjoy. The property is accessed via a private entrance where we welcome you to come and stay in this spacious, stylish, and modern space. We hope you love it as much as we do! The Space Bedroom 1 - consists of 2 single beds with 2 bedside drawers and wardrobe space. Bedroom 2 - consists of 1 single bed with 1 bedside drawer and wardrobe space. Living area - consists of 1 sofa bed and chair, along with coffee table and flat-screen smart TV. Bathroom - consists of toilet, sink, bath, and shower. Kitchen - consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs.

The property is located on a quiet residential street, however, is just a short 5-minute walk into Romford, where you can enjoy all the amenities it has to offer.
