Converted stables with children’s play area,120 acres of farmland to explore, great for bird watchers, sandy beaches easily reached.. All on the ground floor. Open plan living space. Living area: With Freeview TV, Amazon Firestick with Amazon Prime and Netflix and DVD player. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With twin beds. Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared). Enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Children’s play area. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Holidaymakers only.. Enjoying a peaceful working farm setting, and views from its secure garden, this converted single, storey stable block is of an excellent standard. Visitors are welcome to roam across 120 acres of open farmland, with an abundance of wild birds, an amazing 64 species, making it a twitcher’s paradise. Young children will delight in the play area and outside toys. Mainsforth is a small, picturesque village just 7 miles from Durham and its magnificent cathedral, fine amenities and riverside walks. Beamish Open Air Museum, the Lakes, Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland’s sandy beaches are all easily accessible. Free WiFi
