House comprises a spacious living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a private balcony, and private parking for 2 cars. The first bedroom is nice and spacious and comes with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom features a double bed, and bedroom three is furnished with two single beds that can be made on request in to super king bed. All three bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath tub on the first floor and a separate downstairs toilet. Property has lovely south facing balcony with dining table for six and a little corner to enjoy a book in the shade on the warm summer days. There is a 1 private parking space right in front of the house. House has Wifi throughout and 50 inch smart TV with free channels and option for guest to connect to their Amazon or Netflix account.

Neighborhood info

Property is just five minute walk from Rugby and the prestigious Pultney Street from where you can walk to Bath Abbey, Roman Baths and the main shopping streets and Bath's numerous bars and restaurants. You also benefit from being five minutes from Sydney Gardens and The Holburne Museum. A cross the street at Bathwick Hill you will find Tesco Express, 2 minute walk.
