Modern, spacious, clean and tidy. Had all the facilities and equipment needed. We mainly needed car park and Wi-Fi which they provided. Location is good - situated 10 minutes away from city centre.

Property info

This lovely 3 bedroom house is situated in Wavertree. Just a 10 minute drive to the city centre. When entering the house your greeted with a large spacious hallway. The first room on the left is the large lounge with plenty of seating and large flat screen smart TV. Along the hallway and you'll enter into the very large kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for preparation of a 3 course meal or a light snack. Off the kitchen and you'll find the bathroom containing bath with over shower, sink and toilet. Up the stairs and you'll find the front large bedroom with kings size bed and plenty of storage space. The next room is a double, again with plenty of space. The third room is a single room. The house sleeps 5 people and has free on street parking outside.

Neighborhood info

Situated in the popular suburb of Wavertree it's a great place as a base to explore our amazing city. An uber would have you in the city centre in about 10 minutes. There are lots of shops such as Asda within a 5 minute walk. The main M62 motorway is about a 5 minute drive.
