Property info

The Avenue House is a terraced 4 bedroom house (with 5 separate beds) that comfortably hosts 6 guests. However, can host up to 8 guests. Beautifully decorated in calm colours, High Speed WiFi, Netflix - Roku TV, Extra bed linen and towels, we've done our best to think of the necessities and little extras you may need during your stay at The Avenue House. Getting around from The Avenue House: 5 minute walk to Leicester Train station, 12 minutes walk to Museum, De Montfort Hall, City Centre. A great selection of restaurants 5 minutes walk on London Road, or more Restaurants and Bars in the city centre a short walk or drive away. NB* No guest parking available. Paid short/long stay parking is available on Glebe Street. Please do let us know if you have any questions or special requests, and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.
