Property information

The Brunswick Street Residence is a delightful property in Edinburgh. There is one double bedroom downstairs to the front of the building which has a zip and link double bed, which can be divided into two single beds if required. There are two further double bedrooms one to the front and one to the rear with the same bedding arrangements as the downstairs bedroom. Additionally there is a very comfortable double bed settee in the lounge. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. Please also note this property is situated on the 3rd floor of a traditional tenement building, therefore, no lift is available and the property is accessible only by stairs. This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. Private parking facilities are available the Omni Q-Park car park. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
