This is a new apartment extension (January 2019) with 2 large double bedrooms , both with double shower en-suite, a large lounge area with a double sofa bed settee to accommodate a total of 6 people in 3 double beds. A Fully fitted kitchen. Presented to a very high standard, befitting a 4* aparthotel to offer you a home from home. Rated as 4.97 out of 5, over 4 years on Airbnb Suits leisure and tourist staycations, as well as a convenient and comfortable stay for trade or professional workers, who want a home from home. Meet BUDDY my Husky- so friendly and inquisitive, with a cheeky sense of humour. Can be made available for hello’s and garden play, or kept at distance if you prefer !!! Corner shop and excellent Chinese takeaway about 50 yards away, with main grocery stores within 1/2 mile. Property is annexed to the back of my own house, and although within a housing estate, is in a very quiet location. WIFI is fibre, with speeds around 600MB, and the TV package includes SKY Sports, Sky Movies and all other channels. My guests speak louder than I do about the Long Hall, and I have been a Superhost for 4 years on Airbnb, earned only by consistent 5 star reviews.
I’m around every evening during the week, and during the weekends . Happy to chat and show you places to go, and provide any assistance during your stay Buddy the Husky is always happy to say hi, see photo’s. He provides selfies on request :-)
About 1 mile from the Derbyshire Peak District countryside, with the many walks and attractions Situated within a quiet housing estate, but with a huge green area with open access to the front of the main house, along with a children's play area & play equipment. The Long Hall is link attached to the main house (see photo) and with a shop and excellent Chinese takeaway within 50 yards Chesterfield town is around 2 miles also, 6 minutes by car. There you’ll find shopping, the extensive markets, crooked spire, numerous excellent bars and restaurants Car parking is to the front of the property Car is the quickest way to get around, but local buses are frequent to chesterfield town, Matlock, Sheffield etc Chesterfield train station is 2 miles away approx
