Clear instructions of how to access the property. Clean and spacious house, 3 rooms upstairs (we used only one), sitting area with TV and big kitchen downstairs. Big plus that all the cleaning stuff was there too (dishwasher tablets, extra bin bags etc). We stayed with our Labrador, who was absolutely happy to be there too. Good size garden with bbq area.
