Official photo ID, eg a passport, requires to be shown on checking in for each person in the group who are to be staying.
Guests are permitted one allocated parking space in a shared garage, your host will give you access to the parking on check-in (it's not available before check-in) and the permit to be used when parked there. Both fob and permit must be returned to the flat prior to departure.
Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the host at least 48 hours before their check-in date.
