A lot of time and passion has gone into this captivating conversion of The Telephone Exchange. A real &rsquo;grand design&rsquo; that makes the very best use of every bit of the space. The well planned kitchen/living space is socially laid out with a feature wood burner and some statement furniture, interior design led colours and bi fold doors leading to a private enclosed garden. The main bedroom can be found on the ground floor next to the large bathroom. The second floor is accessed via a space saving spiral staircase leading to a &rsquo;quiet zone&rsquo;, perfect for reading or checking emails and in turn leads to the second bedroom.
