If the apartment is left in a very dirty or messy state there will a GBP 100 cleaning fee.
Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property. Guests are permitted to smoke outside the building only. Please dispose of cigarette ends.
Please note that early check-in and late check-out is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
A late check-in fee of GBP 30 will apply from 20:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, an additional fee of GBP 15 will apply.
