- New apartments in a new building - Ideal location (10-15 min from the Dubrovnik's historic centre and beach) - Free WiFi, air condition, tv - Free parking place (limited, reservation is needed). This new build complex in the groundfloor offers three studio apartments (2+1) and two apartments (2+2). All apartments are situated in a quiet part of the new Dubrovnik center, outside touristy area but only 10-15 minutes walk to Dubrovnik's historic centre. The main street which leads to the Old Town is very close to apartments. Also, a few fantastic beaches are in a walking distance, of which the nearest is at a 10 minute distance. You will also find a very big supermarket 50 m from the apartment, and a number of shops and banks close by. All apartments are modern and spacious and come fully furnished for your comfortable accomodation. Every studio apartment accommodates 3 person (possibly 4), with one double bed and one pull-out sofa bed. Our apartments include air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and TV, fully equipped kitchen with all things you may need during your stay, private bathroom with wc, shower, towels and a hairdryer.
