This modern and luxury Villa is perfect for any kind of groups like friends, families or companies. We do allow you to make PARTY here! We have a super SOUND-SYSTEM with projector, large screen and wireless Microphones! There are 6 spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom. Standard bedding configuration: 6 King size beds, 9 single beds, 21 sleeps. We can add 5 additional single beds to a maximum capacity of 26 sleeps. The Villa comes with staff for cleaning, managing and a night security
I am honest and friendly guy. Born, live and work in Bali My mindsetting is: "Make our guests happy" Best Quality and Perfect Service is what I am focussing on. I try to reply in Airbnb as fast as possible, usually withing a few hours. Staff is daily here for cleaning and housekeeping. (~8am - 4pm). Daily breakfast on request. The Villa Manager is daily there to coordinate and to fulfill the customer needs.
Centrally located between Kuta and Seminyak Only a 20 minutes taxi-drive away from the airport Quiet place for relaxing but also possible to party! Distance to Shopping/Restaurants: 2-3 minutes 24-hour shops, Restaurants, Starbucks, McDonalds, Banks Distance to the beach: 25 minutes by walking 10 minutes by Taxi / Motorbike Location: Jalan Campuan I-Dewi-Sri, Legian-Kuta, Bali-Indonesia Public transport in Bali isn't really famous. Taxis are available next-door and cheap. Or we can hire a car for you (around USD 95/day for max. 15 person, including driver, car and petrol, no additional taxes) There is a parking area for a car and motorbikes in front of the villa available for you. Airport pick-up is included if you book the Villa at least for 5 nights.
