Since 1850 the oldest house on the sea in Marina Piccola, just 7 meters from the beach. A romantic, magic and characteristic place, where to spend an unconventional stay. at 3 min. from the bus/taxi stop at 10 min. from the centre Restaurants and beaches a few meters away. Online staff always available.
I love to be host! I love know people in all of the world. I think this house is ideal for those looking for something unique, away from modern and aseptic things. It is a place to relax and rediscover yourself, without renouncing the well-known worldliness of the island of Capri.
Marina Piccola, where the beach on which the house is located is located, is the most peaceful and prestigious side of the island and is also the place from which you can admire the most spectacular views of the panorama, with a view of the Faraglioni directly from the beach. During the day in the high summer season the beach is busy, but as the sun goes down when people leave, it becomes a magical and romantic place. Next to the house there is the bar "Il Merendero", the lido "Lo scoglio delle sirene" and the prestigious lidos / restaurants "da Gioia" and "La canzone del Mare". Downstairs you can rent a boat or book tours of the island. There is also the possibility to rent sup and kayaks. Near the square of Marina Piccola there is the small Church of S. Andrea, built in 1900. In winter the activities in Marina Piccola are closed (or open on some specific days). But for those with a romantic spirit and nature lovers, this neighborhood is much more magical in winter than in summer. The first supermarket closest to Marina Piccola is located in the "Due golfi" area, and is called DODECA
