Now it manages the Hotel La Fenice et des Artistes (3 stars superior), Hotel Piccola Fenice (3 stars) and a few apartments in the nearby of the Hotel, one of the most beautiful areas in the historic center of Venice.

We are adopting all hygienic-sanitary rules to guarantee our guests a safe and quiet stay: disinfection, social distancing, personal protection devices and hand sanitizer available to guests in addition to a serious control and prevention plan for all our employees and guests. Apartments are located on the ground floor and on the first floor without elevator. For check-in and check-out, left luggage and all information, you can always contact the Hotel La Fenice et des Artistes staff, just a few steps from the apartments. Our staff will be happy to help.

San Marco district is the tourist heart of Venice but it is also the more sumptuous area with the famous monuments of Saint Markus Square such as the Doge’s Palace, the Campanile (bell tower), the Torre dell’Orologio (clock tower) and the Ponte dei Sospiri (Bridge of Sighs). This Square during the day will leave you speechless but from evening to dawn will leave you breathless: one of the reasons to choose an Hotel in the heart of the real Venice!
