Excellent views overlooking the sea.
The Apartment has modern air conditioning, 2 x TV’s with Netflix capability. Alexa as a Bluetooth speaker, shower Bluetooth speaker and the bedroom ceiling light is a bluetooth speaker.
The bed is queen size, 160cm X 200cm and has touch sensitive reading lights and USB ports built in.
The apartment has WIFI, Air conditioning, Kitchen is Microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
We also have a little games area with books and games available to use.

I am from England and bought the property in 2020 and renovation finished in 2022.
I wanted to make a comfortable place for people to relax in and give them a base to hopefully enjoy Taormina as much as I do!
I'm an easy going person so please ask if you need anything before and during your stay, nothing is a problem. :-)
Finally, as I work between the UK and Sicily, I plan to move to Sicily full time in 2023, so I best need to get on and learn the language!!!

It’s a quiet street due to the road leading to a dead end.
The neighbours are local sicilians.
You can park at a parking garage around the corner of the property. There is off street parking down behind the property but really need a permit for that so not recommended although very very rare any traffic officers would check that. The parking garage is a 20 second drive from the property and a 1 minute walk.
You can walk to the beach, would take around 10-15 minute walk down and getting back you can get a cable car.
You can walk to town centre (Corso Umberto), where you will find the Teatro Greco, shops, restaurants and bars, this is a 5-10 minute walk but please note it is uphill so for people with mobility issues, our apartment may not be suitable.
