Located on the second floor of a late 19th century building, the apartment has been finely restored, enhancing its historical character and inserting modern elements. It is centrally located, just 300 meters from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the main shopping streets. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofed thermal windows, mosquito nets and WiFi. To safeguard the architectural beauty of the entrance hall, an elevator has not been installed. Large entrance with armoured door. Complete eat-in kitchen, with dining table for 4 people, microwave, induction stove, fridge/freezer. Large living room with 4.5 meters high stone barrel vaults, double sofa bed, 50" Samsung SMART LCD TV with the main entertainment apps pre-installed (Netflix, DAZN, NOWTV, Prime Video), BOSE surround sound system, hot/cold air conditioning, workstation with 24" PC screen to which you can connect your laptop. Spacious bedroom with stone vaulted ceilings 4.5 meters high, double bed, LCD TV, wardrobe, hot/cold air conditioning. The rooms are equipped with soundproofed thermal windows, mosquito nets and WiFi.
