This family-run hotel is an excellent value for your money and in a lovely location. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is beer and wine on tap. The rooms are comfortable - we didn’t realize that complimentary tea/coffee was available at the front desk even though there’s a hotpot in the room. Breakfast eggs/ham can be made to order, as well there are all the other European breakfast items available. Not to mention the pool and sauna are free to use!

We loved how empty the slopes were, it is a wonderful resort of 4 connected ski resorts. Loved it and will be back.
We went to the spa at the Monterosa Thermes one day and that was a nice break too!

A great resort with plenty of restaurants and bars.
A great resort with plenty of restaurants and bars. It suited us as a family with adult children. The skiing was great. We are intermediate skiers, and there is a tough black run to access the majority of the pistes, therefore not so good for beginners. It was very quiet and no queues, with except of Saturday wheb the town and the pistes were very busy.

Unfortunately it was not clear on the Booking.com website...
Unfortunately it was not clear on the Booking.com website that the accommodation rate was on a bed and breakfast basis only. To upgrade to half board I was charged £29 per day which I thought was excessive considering the poor quality of the evening meals. I shall be very wary of booking via Booking.com in future

Very pretty resort with great food at sensible prices.
Very pretty resort with great food at sensible prices. Really didn’t like the instance on wearing a FFP2 mask on the gondolas… soo much so that it would make me consider other resorts until that rule is changed…it’s slows the skiing and no one I was with saw it necessary.

beautiful ski area, not very busstling town, but mountains are incredible. recommend area for advanced skiers, not great for beginners and young kids as there is not an easy blue slope, but after bunny hill you move directly to advanced red slopes.
The owners received us like we were part of the family. The place was extremely clean and cozy and the staff was amazingly nice, you don’t find such people very often.
The price is awesome considering that dinner (and what a dinner!!!) and breakfast are included.
The room was super, super clean and nicely designed, with a lot of amenities, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony very nice. We enjoyed our free parking spot, our time in the lounge, our walks around the hotel. We’ll be back in summer for sure!

The location and facilities in the hotel were amazing (great swimmung pool and sauna). The room came with a terrace (which we had for ourselves) with an awesome view on the landscape. Also, it's easy to reach nearby villages (e.g. Champoluc) with the bus or by a walk alongside the river. The friendly staff was always there to help out, in English as well, being it either extra wishes for breakfast or requests for a vegetarian dinner.
The accommodation is excellent, staff were friendly and very helpful, they spoke good English. The property is easy to find and close to the ski area, which is small and we weren’t unfortunately able to book ski school for the children, so ended up driving to Champoluc everyday
The village itself is also very small with few bars and restaurants so we tended again to go to Champoluc which is only a 10 minute drive away
The kindness and hospitality by the host. He has always been helpful and ready to fulfill our requests, so with many interesting stories to tell. The breakfast was really good, with home made products and various beverages. Moreover, the possibility to take a sauna with a view on the valley is really worth trying! All of this considering a 2 star hotel!
Hotel has absolutely stunning breakfast service. Each room got its own table and variety of food is amazing. All staff is speaking english. I also really appreciated the pillow service, because I could ask for different pillow from the "menu" what was very helpful for my neck.
Our room was nice and probably freshly renovated. Very clean and cosy.
The hotel is in the most perfect spot for skiing, it couldn’t be any better. Ski in ski out, next to the gondola lifts, amazing views of the mountains. There is ski equipment storage, breakfast with beautiful views, comfortable clean rooms with a balcony. Perfect.
Lovely hotel located in the middle of the village. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast each day was amazing and the after skiing snack was also enjoyed!
The pool and sauna were good to use after skiing. Would definitely return.
Breakfast was very good, room and rest of the hotel very well decorated, parking in front of the hotel is free and quite spacious, nice tavern with TV and bar. Very good restaurant, great price for quality and service.
The staff were very nice, welcoming and service minded. The breakfast was good, especially loved the fresh orange juice and the fresh scrambled eggs. Decent coffee.
The hotel has a kind of charm, but...
The Hotel was exactly what I wanted - it was a big crazy family holiday to celebrate my son’s 50th Birthday (about 60 of us descended on Champoluc) and we had a really amazing time so thank you!!! *
Amazing hotel. Wonderful rooms and beautiful overall facility. Top notch service as expected from a 5 star facility and more…thank you Camp Zero for a brilliant stay. We hope to come back soon.
friendly helpful staff, easily arranged our late arrival after 12pm and allowed us to use hotel facilities after we had checked out to get ready after a days skiing for the journey home.
Great family stay in a lovely village. Close location near to the ski slopes, however we used the car to get to the lift.
Franka, thanks for the hospitality!
The property was in a “good location” in the sense that it was half way up the mountain and easily accessible to ski in/out - if that’s what you’re after
