Villa on the hills in a DOMINANT OUTSTANDING PANORAMIC POSITION, surrounded by silence and nature but also near by shops and restaurants , 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room with big sofa bed, fireplace and 50" flat screen TV with satellite channels, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms and outdoor spaces with sunbeds, umbrellas big table, outdoor fireplace, sofa relax area, solar shower. Parking places available in the property free of charge.
I'm an Engineer and my work consists in managing design and build of Civil and industrial projects in Italy and worldwide . I love Umbria and I'm very proud to give my very small contribution on let it be known to Italian and foreigner tourists.
the villa is semi-indipendent part of a complex of two villas surrounded by private land. The area is extremely quiet and it is unbelievable the silence that comes at night. Sunsets are AMAZING. Furthermore at 500m there are: supermarket, 2 bars, a restaurant, while within 1,5 km there are several local very nice restaurants. In 15 minutes you can arrive to the A1 motorway, while in less than one hour you are in Ciampino Airport or in 1h and 10' in Fiumicino Airport. It is basically located in a strategic position between the nearby airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino and the towns of Umbria, such as Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto, Todi, small villages like: Otricoli, Narni, Poggio, and several nice lakes and attractions such as: Vico, Bolsena, Piediluco lakes, Marmore waterfalls, carsulae romanians ruins, etc.
