We had a wonderful stay at this newly opened hotel. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. Our room was tastefully decorated, blending comfort and style effortlessly. Located in an upscale residential area, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the overwhelming crowds of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The room was spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and quality. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection that started our mornings on a delightful note. Highly recommended for those seeking both elegance and tranquility!

The staff, the service, cleanliness and breakfast

Great location - everything was within walking distance.

The location was fantastic. The staff was responsive. Our room was quirky and met all our needs. I loved listening to the street musicians when our window was open. Our bathroom was in our stairwell up to the lost bed. Never seen anything like it. Loved it.

The staff!! Sami and Danny are the best! There was also a lovely lady working at reception whose name I didn’t catch, but she was amazing too. They all made our stay absolutely wonderful! Location, location, location — it couldn’t be better! Everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay in an incredible place! Breakfast every morning was a feast! Amazing staff! All very warm and professional.

This was our first time in Rome and River Palace Hotel made it especially memorable. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming, told us about all the important landmarks and explained how to get there. They can also help you book any tours or reserve tickets if needed. The hotel itself lives up to its name - it's a true palace with a very elegant and intricate design. The location is perfect too - most tourist attractions are just walking-distance away, and there's also a metro nearby. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely recommend River Palace Hotel to all friends who are planning to visit The Eternal City. P.S. I want to thank the hotel staff for a small gift and a heartwarming note with birthday wishes, it was such a lovely touch! Grazie mille per tutto! ❤️

Friendly staff good service and great location and bonus i got an upgrade this year

We had a really lovely stay at The Haven Roma and felt very comfortable throughout our trip. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room for everything, which made it feel even more relaxing and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, with a big shower and lots of room, something we really appreciated. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable, so we slept really well during our stay. The room and all the common areas were spotless, and that made a great first impression from day one. Everything was very well kept, clean, and pleasant, which made the whole stay feel even more enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were genuinely attentive and helpful every day. They adapted very nicely to our schedule and took our needs into account when it came to housekeeping, noise, and overall comfort, which we really appreciated. It felt like they truly cared about making sure guests had a smooth and pleasant experience. They also arranged our private airport transfer both on arrival and departure, and everything was organized perfectly. It made things so much easier for us, and the driver was smooth, punctual, and pleasant, which made both journeys relaxed and stress-free. Breakfast was ordered in advance, but it was really good every day. It offered a nice mix of savory and sweet options, fresh products, and cooked dishes, so it felt varied and well balanced. Everything was tasty and carefully prepared. Overall, it was a really nice experience in a place where we felt welcome and comfortable. We would definitely be happy to come back.
