We were 4 travellers and requested to stay in 1 room. - The room provided was very large and spacious. - The location was also excellent, close to all main amenities, with supermarket and restaurants very, and yet secluded and very quiet. Also very close to some seeing spots, with Centro Storico Narni (a beautiful medieval town) only 10 minutes away by car. - We were travelling by car and a large parking area is available. - Beds large and comfy, mattresses very comfortable - Staff very friendly, and a kind receptionist gave us a discount voucher to visit Cascate delle Marmore, which is unmissable. - Good breakfast, croissants and cakes were delicious - Overall a very pleasant stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations

The place was amazing!! What a beautiful area and a very nice room! Clean, private and has a small kitchen to cook our food!! Alessio the son's owner helped us a lot!! We are grateful to him! The family has an olive oil that they are producing right there in their home!! In total it was a great stay and I highly recommend
