Townhouse in the vibrant centre situated in a courtyard. You are 4 minutes from the Monopoli sandy beach (Porta Vecchia), 1 minute from the old city walls and 5 minutes from the old port and the lively Piazza Garibaldi. The house has 3 rooms over 3 floors - a typical fisherman house. There is a kitchen, dining area, utility room and bathroom on the 1st floor, a double bed room, balcony and bathroom on the 2nd floor and another double bed room and access to the terrace on the top floor.
