Super clean, with a great location, close to the station so you can take the luggages by walking, and also 10min from Rialto. Also there is a market super close and other very good and non-expansive restaurants around. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, with all the necessary utensils and organized furnitures.

We went to Venice for an exhibition setup and missed our flight. We had to rebook another flight and arrived much later than our planned schedule. Nina Apartments were so nice and understanding to us. They had snacks and drinks in the room in case we would arrive hungry. They were great in communication, responded our messages immediately. We met one of the hosts, Max. He was so polite and helpful too. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also very safe with doors and camera security. Having a laundry machine and coffee machine in the flay made our stay very practical. The place is located in a very central area and was easy to walk everywhere regardless of the Vaporetto public transport strike. We had a great time and would visit there again.

The location of the apartment was fabulous. It was only seven or eight minutes from P. Roma (where we came in on the people mover). It was great that there was a grocery store so close. We loved the map Nina provided along with recommended routes to see. The apartment itself had everything we needed. We were grateful for the A/C at night in the bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for train station. Supermarket, cafe and restaurants at your door as is the canal. could not recommend highly enough.
