GROUPS OF YOUNG FRIENDS (UNDER 35 YO) NOT ALLOWED! - WE ACCEPT ONLY FAMILIES - PARTIES NOT ALLOWED - ONLY QUIET PEOPLE Residenza Riccardo, located in the beautiful Cannaregio district, is perfect for those who want to visit Venice in a convenient and quiet location. Easy accessible as it's located on the first floor, it has a bright and modern living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with typical exposed beams; there is 1 bedroom which is a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a TV (only possible to use with wifi) . In the hallway we find the bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. The accommodation is located a short distance from the main stations: the bus and train stations. Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, heating, dishes and cutlery, moka, oven, hairdryer and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 2 people and is also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap based on the number of guests.

The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.
