A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

of EUR 25 from 19:00 to 20:00;

of EUR 35 from 20:00 to 22:00;

of EUR 45 from 22:00 to 00:00.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00.

The credit card holder must be present upon arrival with the credit card used for the booking. If a credit card of a third party is used, a signed authorization form of the credit card owner is mandatory.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
