Property info

The apartment is located a few steps from the famous Rialto Bridge, in the elegant setting of Palazzo Fornoni. It is on the fifth and last floor with elevator, with a fantastic view on the Grand Canal and on the roofs of Venice. It consists of a large living room with a cozy dining area and a sofa bed with TV, an equipped kitchen, a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and 2 terraces. This apartment is a Venetian jewel, which, combined with our warm welcome, welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail, will give you a unique and unforgettable experience! We are sure that you will fall in love with it and you will never want to leave it.

Neighborhood info

The bell tower of San Marco is hardly visible when you visit our wonderful city. Think that you can only see from the Ponte del Lovo. We have the good fortune and the privilege of having a magnificent view from one of the terraces. The apartment is located in Calle del Paradiso, in the sestiere of San Polo, the smallest sestiere in the city, but certainly the richest in history, culture and art. The sestiere market had its first location right in the calle del Paradiso, where it is clear that since the end of the first century of 1000 there were numerous shops and warehouses; a small nucleus that then became the city market in the early 1200s. In calle della Madonna, just a few steps from the apartment, you can see a barbed stone of Istria with an engraving: FOR THE IURISDICIOM DE BARBACANI. This is the model that was used for the construction of wood: the dimensions of the Barbican were in fact strictly established by the Venetian authorities to avoid abuse!
