Patrizia and Simone went out of their way to create a very special experience for us. We only had one night with them after a long drive. At my request they created a gourmet dinner to save us going out again to a restaurant. Their dining room Was beautifully decorated esp for us and has spectacular views. Their chef Roberto is a genius and each delicious course was served with a delightful local wine. We were also able to begin and finish the evening in their lovely hot tub looking out across the sea and hills.
An amazing surprise.
A delightful small town with plenty to offer: art galleries, Unesco sites, Carducci house,
good number of quality restaurants and bars, high trend shops.
By train it is easy to reach Florence, Pisa and all the Tuscany beauties.

We had a wonderful three days in Pietrasanta.
We had a wonderful three days in Pietrasanta. We stayed at L'Arcadia in a beautiful setting with wonderful hosts. We ate at the restaurant beside the B&B and the meal and service were excellent. We found it easy to get around the town, and our host provided us information about free parking as well. It's a wonderful, artistic town with a central piazza. As well, we had a tour of the Carrera marble mines that was also set up by our host. I would be very happy to visit this area again.

Pietrasanta is a very nice little town at the center of the Versilia. The town is very international with foreign languages spoken all around you. Pietrasanta is easy to explore by foot and provides a wide variety of Italian cuisine.

The parking is very limited, you can park at the bus station
and it is free. The limited parking at the postoffice is
expensive.
I will be back for sure!
Beautiful villa, nice pool, amazing breakfast, cool location and, above all, friendly, kind and helpful staff/owners.
We spent 3 nights here with our 1-year-old daughter and had a really pleasant stay. We also appreciated that we could use the pool and the kitchen even after we checked out.
The nearby town of Pietrasanta is very nice with cool places to eat and many galleries.
Go and stay there! It is worth it.
Thank you!
The host is great and provided us with lots of things for breakfast and that was a pleasant surprise! Everybody was friendly in the area! There is a garden in the front and the back of the house to relax. Everything worked even the oven and this has been rare to find in Italy! The little town is about 10 minute walk away and it is pretty! Beach is not far by car either.
A small secret near the other small secret (Pietrasanta small town that deserves a visit). The place is an old historic building well renovated, owned by a true professional that knows exactly what it is important for an hotel guest. Room is silent, comfortable and clean, breakfast is superb. One will need a car to drive there and around. Would gladly be back!
Room is specious, private parking, balcony.
Close to the train station is perfect for travel and there is no noise from trains :)
Hotel is in the center and next to pedestrian area.
The staff is very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast is really great. I'm sorry I couldn't try everything for only 2 days. :( Fantastic homemade cookies and bread.
Breakfast was excellent--including eggs to order. Lovely hotel that provided a calm, relaxing several day respite from the pace of our sightseeing and of traveling between multiple destinations. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk people provided lots of good information. Would highly recommend.
Nice location. The pool was nice, the bedroom fantastic.
From here we visited Pisa, Lucca and Pietrasanta. Also the trip to Cinque Terre was nice, although the best way to travel to the 5 villages is with the train starting from La Spezia. Owner Chiara bakes delicious cakes!
Superb welcome by the owner who could not have been more helpful. A really superb breakfast freshly cooked to order - better than in many five-star hotels. A very pretty town only five minutes walk away that offers a huge selection of good restaurants.
Extraordinary place. Elena is a gem to talk to, very helpful and approachable.
The old house is very beautiful, everything is original and just screams Italy. Great views, quiet sorroundings, restaurant nearby.
We were allowed with our 2 dogs.
Staff is extremely kind! The property is clean and location strategic for a day at the beach and night in Pietrasanta (or again nightlife in Versilia). I recommend to include the breakfast
The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of Pietrasanta old town, close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and decorated in contemporary style. We loved it!
Location was one of the best we've had in Pietrasanta. 1 minute walk & you're in the main square but it's still quiet. Breakfast was good and the room itself was very nice.
