Villa il Rondò, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, has a garden of 250 m2, a gazebo for outdoor dining with table, chairs and portable bbq, a swimming pool with Roman steps (4x8 meters with depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m) with sun loungers, deckchairs and outdoor shower. 40 m from the house, within the property, there are several parking spaces, 1 of which covered. The villa is a restored ancient stone-built house on 3 levels. On the gr. floor, the main entrance opens onto a living room with a lounge with outdoor access, billiard table, poker table, a fireplace, sofas and armchairs. To the right of the entrance is the main dining room, with a panoramic window and a well-equipped kitchen. In a passage area there is a second fridge with freezer, a small room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the gr. floor the AC is only provided in the dining room, but from here it is easy to cool the other communicating rooms. In front of the entrance, a flight of stairs leads to the 1st floor, with 1 queen-size bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, a living room with access to the porch, from which an external staircase leads down to the garden. From the living room, equipped with satellite TV and fireplace, a staircase leads to the 2nd floor. Here is 1 queen-size bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (1 with joinable beds), 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower. The 1st and 2nd floors are equipped with AC. The location allows to enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and take nice walks in the property's land (about 1 ha). The villa is equipped with wifi, AC, heating, baby bed, high chair, courtesy set in the bathrooms. The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (with weekly change), utilities (not AC charged if used at EUR 30/day and heating), wifi. On request, domestic help and cook. Access to the house via 410 mt of unpaved road.
