B&B Villa Magnolia is strategically located just 100 meters from the bus stop and in the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a restaurant and a pharmacy. Parking is free right in front of the property and there is also a reserved area for motorcycles and bicycles. We only have two double bedrooms on the first floor for guests, thus ensuring maximum privacy. One room has an en suite bathroom, while the other has a bathroom adjacent to the room for the exclusive use of guests. In addition to the managers, a very sweet dog and some cats live in the property. Therefore we do not recommend the stay to people with allergies. We particularly care about making our guests feel at home. We do our utmost to ensure your comfort and make you feel at ease. We are also happy to welcome guests of all nationalities, thanks to our knowledge of English, German and Spanish. And to start your day off right, a delicious Italian, continental and/or vegetarian breakfast awaits you.
