Lake Ashi and Owakudani volcanic valley are both a 30-minute drive away, and the Hyatt provides free parking. You can unwind with a reflexology treatment, massage or facial at Spa Izumi & Onsen Hakone, lounge at the library or simply enjoy the sun on the terrace. Open for all meals, The Dining Room serves Western cuisine from an open kitchen and has a terrace with mountain views. Sushi is available in the evenings. Reservations are required for dinner in the dining room. A la carte lunch items and snacks can be found at the cozy Living Room.

To use the hotel's free shuttle to/from Odawara Train Station, please make a reservation in advance (limited seats available). The shuttles are available at the following schedule.
From Odawara Station to hotel: 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15.
From hotel to the station: 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15.

Shuttles depart from the West Exit parking area at the station. Please look for a bus with the hotel's logo.
