We are a Mexican-German couple living in the Riviera Maya and we both work in tourism. We love to travel and meet new people from all over the world. Property info

We are the best option for you to make your stay in Playa del Carmen unforgettable, with the best location and all the amenities you could wish for directly in the building: pools, gym, spa. The building is situated two blocks from the famous La 5ta Avenida and three from the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, beach clubs and night clubs, everything is in short walking distance. Our nice and modern studio is well equipped and we offer a fast and stable 40Mbps internet connection.

Neighborhood info

There is a big supermarket just in front of the building, also just around the block a nice Green Fresh Market. Services like Rappi, UberEats are always available. You can walk around the neighborhood, but if your plan is to travel around the Riviera Maya, the Bus Station is in a 15 minutes walking distance, as well as the Ferry to Cozumel Island.
