Modern condos at ANAH in the heart of Playa del Carmen offers a dream stay! - Rooftop pool at the complex with sun loungers, tables, chairs & umbrellas - A gym, a business center, lots of green space & tropical grounds to enjoy - Walking distance to the famous 5th Avenue, shopping, groceries & beach - Lobby has 24-hr security & there is a free underground parking spot for this condo **Please note that the cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 900 USD. After 10 pm, no visits are allowed. Only guests with the bracelet provided at check-in will have access. The bracelet is delivered according to the maximum occupancy of the property. Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a 6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service. Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety. All cameras only face outdoor areas or corridors.
