Advanced notice will be given. All health protocols will be followed to ensure the safety of our guests and prospective buyers. **If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit will range from 700 USD to 900 USD, depending on the unit. There is a penalty of 12 USD per bracelet or magnetic card lost. Please note that the condominium lobby is undergoing maintenance work due to some leaks in the main palapa.
