- Prime location in gorgeous, gated Playacar - Modern, bright and airy- plenty of space for your group! - Private pool, patio, balcony - Easy walk to golf course & Mayan archeological ruins - About 15 min walk (6-min drive) to the public beach access Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of 50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional 50 USD; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees (100 USD total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, USD 50 will be charged. This unit includes 50Kw of electricity consumption per night, if exceeded an extra fee applies. On arrival and departure a meter reading will be recorded and any additional consumption will be charged accordingly. The current rate is 6mxn / Kw for additional consumption.

Playacar is a beautiful private gated development just south of Playa del Carmen. The villa is located within Phase 2 of Playacar, which contains: - a small shopping center - an aviary and golf courses (closest is just 2 min away from the condo) - resorts, condos and luxury villas There are a few great restaurants in Playacar, we recommend the Sundowner Yacht Club and Casa Sofia. Downtown Playa del Carmen is easily accessible by car (10-minute drive), where you’ll find endless shopping and dining options.
