Welcome to Oporto! This duplex apartment is housed in an 18th century building and it is located in the historic center of the city. Modern and cozy accommodates easily from one to four people with the privacy and comfort required since each floor has an independent bathroom, two air conditioners and two balconies overlooking one of the most typical and picturesque streets of the city. On the upper floor you find a large bedroom with a very comfortable king size double bed, equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, television (32"), Wi-Fi and a balcony with table and chairs so you can enjoy the street views. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with a shower cabin. Downstairs features an excellent living/kitchen area, with air conditioning, a king size sofa-bed with extra confortable mattresses, balcony, flat screen tv (32") and a bathroom. Also on this floor is the kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and utensils. VERY IMPORTANT: The tourist tax in Porto is effective on March 1, 2018 and a city tax of EUR 2 per person per night is charged, not included in the total amount and must be paid at the time of check-in to the host in cash at the check-in. The maximum amount charged per stay / person is EUR 14 (7 consecutive nights of stay / person). This tax is charged to guests from 13 years. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the booking is for 2 guests only the couple bed on the bedroom will be done. The sofa-bed will only be made if the booking is for 3/4 guests. If you are 2 guests but want to sleep in separate beds you must pay the fee of the 3rd guest

In gastronomic terms, this is the best street in the city since it is here that you can find the best restaurants in Porto to experience the authentic Portuguese dishes, such as the famous and typical francesinha or the "Casa Guedes" best pork knuckle sandwich in the world. I will be happy to advise you of the good local restaurants in the neighborhood where you don't have to spend a lot of money to eat good traditional food. You can explore all the main points of interest on foot: Lello Library, Majestic Café, Bolhão Market, Rua de Santa Catarina, Clérigos Tower, Aliados Avenue, São Bento Station , the Ribeira, the Douro River, the D.
