Situated on the highest of the seven hills, this beautiful apartments are a homage to the neighborhood of Graça, where Lisbon maintains its essence and harmony between locals and visitors. They have very cozy kitchens with dining area, bright living rooms and bedroom with a cozy double bed and a bathroom with shower. Come and enjoy the picturesque neighborhood of Graça and its emblematic viewpoints! Perfect for couples or business travelers who wish to spend a few pleasant days in the city of Lisbon with the city center and the main attractions and historical landmarks at a walking distance. The apartments are about 50 square meters and have a bedroom with comfortable double beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. The buiding is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June. Be aware that this area can be very busy and noise can be expected! ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood of Graça is an old parish of Lisbon located on the highest of the seven hills of Lisbon. It is a picturesque neighborhood quite different for its views, large buildings with one of the best viewpoints of Lisbon, recently renovated. It is close to the emblematic São Jorge Castle. Known for its ups and downs, we recommend comfortable shoes. One of the best reasons to stay in Grace is you can do almost everything on foot. However, there are many public transportation nearby, like subway and several trams and buses. If you wish, you can request a rent-a-car service or a professional driver. Just contact us and provide all the details. If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment. With a trip between 30-40 minutes, the nearest metro station is Martim Moniz (800 meters away). If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area. Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).
