It has only very recently been opened for guests to book (it just opened), the staff are friendly, especially the reception employee Mr. Alex, and the staff are extremely helpful. The location was great with easy access to main parts, amazing breakfast, cute chocolate cake left on my first night and a soap on my last. Staff went above and beyond. Could’ve have had a nice stay.

Great location, clean hotel and in good condition

Surely the location is the main finding about this hotel: metro and bus stations are so close to this place, less than 100 meters of walking. Employees are polite and careful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Certainly, I’ll be back here.

I feel I hit the jackpot when I booked this hotel. It has recently been renovated, our room was perfect, lovely clean new bathroom. The location is great, its so central to the Rossio area and the streets are flat all around it. I can not fault this hotel in any way but the truly exceptional asset this hotel has is their staff. From the day we arrived when were treated with Pastis de Nata to the day we left, every single staff member was helpful, cheerful and really seemed to care about us. Questions were always answered with a smile. We received 5* service. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Lisbon.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was the day after our wedding and we were looking for somewhere clean and quiet to recover. The front desk accommodated an earlier check in, beautiful room, free breakfast, and greeted us with port and Pastels! What more could you ask for!

Excellent location, close to two metros and many monuments within walking distance. The staff were great, greeting us with complimentary Portuguese tarts and wine on arrival. Because it was our honeymoon they also provided a bottle of champagne which was a really nice touch. The room was cleaned daily and left spotless.

Hotel is located at the hotel of Chiado pretty much close to everything. Very nicely decorated, I love the library and all thoughtful details of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing view and good breakfast/drinks.

Its location, close to everything and in the heart of the city. The room size is spacious. Cleanliness is another positive point. The breakfast is very good. A welcome-Portuguese typical pastry is left in the room and also a welcome letter. Complimentary water too. Upon checkout, I was given a small bottle of wine as a gift/treat.
