Casa Ginja is a one bedroom flat with a living room and a fully fitted kitchen. It is a first floor with its own private entrance from the street. Although located in a very quiet street, cars can drive to the door making it easy for access in particular if carrying luggage.The apartment has free Wi-Fi, Satellite TV and a DVD player, an HDMI cable is also available allowing guests to connect their laptops to the TV.The kitchen is fully fitted with all useful appliances and it also has a space for having meals.The reception area is generous and is decorated in a simple, comfortable and practical manner; apart from the gadgets, it has a dining table and a double sofa-bed. It has plenty of natural light coming from the sizeable windows and the door to ceiling window unfolds into a small balcony.The bedroom has a large double bed and also a big wardrobe with hangers, drawers and a safe.The apartment has recently been refurbished giving it the comfort of a modern home.

Casa Ginja is located in the intersection of 4 famous districts (Alfama, Castelo, Graca, Mouraria). These include the following points of interest all within 500 metres (5/10 minutes walk) from the apartment: Sao Jorge castle, Sao Vicente de Fora monastery, Feira da ladra (flea market), Miradouro Portas do Sol, Miradouro de Santa Luzia, Miradouro da Graca, Fado Museum. You can reach all these attractions through the narrow streets and alleyways and you may even feel that these neighbourhoods have stopped in time with the locals greeting and welcoming the passersby with extreme pride of their city. You can also move within this area or towards other areas of the city using the famous tram 28 that stops literally around the corner from the apartment. A touristic ride on the 28 is highly recommended in particular to access other parts of central Lisbon.
