You will appreciate the large terrace of this beautiful apartment of 140 square meter which has three bedrooms, en-suite. The apartment is situated at a walking distance of the four corners of the city. Tastefully renovated, it combines old charm and contemporary spirit for a pleasant stay with family or friends. It is a beautiful and charming Portuguese style apartment from the very beginning of XX century with amazing decoration. High ceiling and wooden light floor, central heating and ceiling ventilator in the main rooms contribute to the nice and charming atmosphere. The open crossing orientation south north of the building ensures a cool comfortable surface in summer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped of shutters. The bedrooms have mosquitoes net at the window. The location (near the Sheraton Hotel) is absolutely ideal, very central, with many restaurants around.
We have two listings on the platform, one in Paris (Sophisticated gem in the heart of Paris) and the other in Lisbon (Nice Apartment, Three Suites and Terrace, Lisbon Center). Our travelers love these two apartments. These two apartments are extremely well located in the heart of these two cities. We are not an agents, I personally take care of travelers with great care! We are French and Portuguese and we ourselves know how important it is to sleep well while you are away. We will make sure you are comfortable and feel at home.
Near the Vatican Embassy and Sheraton Hotel, the apartment is located in one of the most residential areas of Lisbon, very central, with great ease of access and public transport in the district of Saldanha. This district is known for the quality of its habitat and the architecture of its buildings; mix of art nouveau buildings. It is a safe area with lots of shops, cinema, restaurants, museums. The district of Saldanha is situated at a walking distance of the four corners of the city.
