The "Goodgarden Downtown Apartment" is a recently renovated apartment located in a typical Porto-style building in the heart of the city's downtown area, just a few meters away from the City Hall and close to major tourist attractions, transportation network, and various services. Despite being in the center of all the action, the street is peaceful and allows you to enjoy your stay calmly. We offer comfort and quality: fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, TV, internet, and other features that will ensure a unique stay. In addition to its perfect location in the heart of the city center, our apartement offers all the conditions and amenities for a perfect stay: -Suite: one Queen bed measuring 160x200, wardrobe, full bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and work desk; -Bedroom 1: one Queen bed measuring 160x200 and a sofa bed measuring 90x200, wardrobe, air conditioning, and TV; -Bedroom 2: one Queen bed measuring 160x200 and a sofa bed measuring 90x200, wardrobe, air conditioning, and TV; -Common Bathroom: fully equipped bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, etc.); -Kitchen/Dining Area: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery, and a wide variety of kitchen accessories, pots, pans, seasonings, etc.) and a spacious dining area suitable for 8 people with air conditioning, TV, and Bluetooth sound system. The entire apartment benefits from wireless internet (500mbps), air conditioning in all rooms and in the common area, thermal and soundproof windows, marble and wood, among other noble materials that make our space distinctive and very comfortable.
