Due to the busy holiday season, we inform you that a security deposit will be charged for bookings including New Year's Eve, payable up to 24h before check-in. It will be refunded up to 3 working days after your check-out, if the property is delivered in the same conditions as you entered it, i.e. stay without damages or disturbances.
