This charming apartment offers a cozy retreat just steps from the beach. The serene ambiance is enhanced by the gentle sound of waves and the salty sea breeze wafting through the air. Is set in a plot of 4 apartments a small patio at the back provides a private outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil seaside getaway. In Madeira a car hire is recommended (If you're interested in renting a car, you can get in touch with us🚘) There is a public car park a few metres from the house where you can leave your car safely and free of charge. In accordance with Public Notice No. 2060/2023, of December 5, which approves the draft of the Tourist Tax Regulation of the Municipality of Ponta do Sol, we inform our guests that a tourist tax of 2.00 will be charged for each night and for each guest up to a maximum of 14 nights. - This amount will be paid in cash by the guest on the day of check-in, at the time of handing over the keys, and children under the age of 13 will be exempt from paying the Tourist Tax.
