The property is a renovated house that still has the old stone from the original house in the lounge area. The house was made for comfort and to enjoy the wonderful view to the ocean. The house is about 173 meters from the sea so there weather is nearly always warm. On the ground floor is an open plan lounge and kitchen area. On ths floor is a complete bathroom. Up the stairs are two bedrooms. One with 2 single beds and the other a double bed. Each one with its own terrase. This floor also has a complete bathroom. The house is in a quiet street near the Arco da Calheta round about. The house is a short drive to Pingo Doce supermarket and a short walk to Enenho Velho restaurant.
The owners of this lovely holiday home live next door. They will respect your privacy all the time.
