Welcome to our spacious 140 m2 apartment. The location is quiet and perfect for a stay, for leisure or business. Access the Airport, Gare do Oriente, Entrecampos in about 8 minutes or the heart of the city in about 20 minutes. For guests traveling by car, there is a public park available in front of the building. Its 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. Oliva 50 has 4 bedrooms, an independent office, a lounge with dining area and living area, 2 bathrooms, an independent kitchen, a pantry and a terrace with a beautiful view. It has a vintage and classic decor and is fully equipped: free Wi-Fi (500 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload), flat TV with international channels, Air Conditioning in all rooms, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Machine Wash Clothes, Machine of Dolce Gusto Coffee, Toaster, Blender, Kettle, Air Fryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Scale, Safe and Printer in the office. Cotton sheets, quilts, duvets and blankets, towels, shower/hand gel and shampoo are provided. Our rooms have comfortable beds, two of them have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The dining table can seat up to eight people. Babies are welcome, so we provide a crib with bedding and highchair free of charge.
